Purchased what was supposed to be 6βx26β via Home Depot, when laid out actual fabric in prep for project which needed 25β total (one 12β section and one 13β section) discovered length provided was just over 24β. Called customer service number. Described issue, was sent a 6βx15β length free of charge (they offered to replace the 26β length and customer service rep even offered to personally measure and verify correct length before shipping). Supplemental fabric was in hand in 2 days. Product worked great!
