Purchased what was supposed to be 6’x26’ via Home Depot, when laid out actual fabric in prep for project which needed 25’ total (one 12’ section and one 13’ section) discovered length provided was just over 24’. Called customer service number. Described issue, was sent a 6’x15’ length free of charge (they offered to replace the 26’ length and customer service rep even offered to personally measure and verify correct length before shipping). Supplemental fabric was in hand in 2 days. Product worked great!
